Sorry its up so late, but here is the other cosplay I did and the second group I was with for Youmacon. The wig I had kept falling off so I wasn't able to wear this cosplay for long. T_T I'll have to find a way to make it stay on better (probably a butt load of bobby pins). Our Orochimaru's belt kept falling down as well, so we both decided to dress up in out other cosplay after the Naruto photo shoot. I noticed that we all forgot a few small details on our cosplays but it didn't turn out too bad.
Wow! Looks great! I'd love to get an actual photoshoot done, but I've never actually done anything like that.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, and totally understand the wig issues. I cosplay as Botan from YuYu Hakusho on occasion, and she has a ponytail, which for the wig clips onto the back. Man, it weighs the wig down so hard, so the wig likes to move back throughout the day. It sucks so tremendously having a wig that doesn't want to work right.
Also, I realize you have no idea who I am, but I'm just looking for cool blogs and bloggers. And since you're into anime, congoing, and cosplaying, you fit the bill, lol.
Anyways, again, great job. The costumes look very well done. And although I personally can't see any inaccuracies (though I'm only a casual Naruto fan), I know my costumes aren't all completely accurate as well, so in my opinion, it's no big.
